Oakley Place in Ellenton Florida is located south of Mendosa Rd off of 60^th Ave.  Easy access to I 75 makes this a great choice for the commuter.  It is also close to shopping, beaches, and fishing.

I am sorry to say as I was touring the neighborhood there are no amenities to be found.  Oakley Place is new so if you are seeking a newer home, Oakley Place may be right for you.
